One of those weeks

I am so unbelievably glad it is Friday. I'm just having "one of those weeks" where absolutely nothing goes right. Like these pictures. Did you notice there's only 3? Well, I usually post more, however they all sucked. Even these aren't really up to par, but when the suns extremely bright and everyones' got their trashcans out on the curb, there's just not much you can do.

Yesterday, I decided I would get my license renewed since I recently turned 21. I stood in line at the court house for 10 minutes in the wrong line. Not that big of a deal, except for how the CORRECT line closed by the time I realized this, so yeah... I guess that goes right back on the to-do list...

Also, the post office either lost a package I sent OR they are taking their sweet sweet time sending it. It's been in Iowa for the past week. I think I'm just going to stop trying to run errands of any kind because they are NOT working out.

Sorry for all the ranting, I'm sure no one wants to hear about all of that. I'm going to stop wallowing in self-pity now. I saw a cute Kate Spade planner the other day that said "Smile. Your mood will soon catch up." Let's hope it's right!

Snow Covered

You might recognize this sweater from a previous post on the blog... Yes, I'm rewearing it, but I have good reasons. 1.) It is the most comfortable sweater ever. 2.) I added sparkly elbow patches to it all by myself! and 3.) It's purple. Um, hello? You can't really blame me for rewearing this darling piece. At least I had the decency to wear different pants, shoes, and a new necklace. 

On another note, I never thought the day would come when I would say I'm getting tired of wearing my Hunter wellies... but it has. Dear Kentucky, please bring spring! This whole snow thing is getting old. 

And finally, speaking of getting old, I'm getting a day older tomorrow! :) I will finally be 21, so yeah, watch out world.
